Despite the inclement weather at last years fete, we are
pleased to announce that Horton Village Fete will be taking place again this
year. It can only get better!!!!!
Date: Saturday 6th August 2011
Time: 12:00 Noon until 4 pm

To ensure the success of the fete we need lots of varied stalls, so if you
have something to sell or promote, why not book a stall at our fete and be
seen by hundreds of potential customers.
Perhaps you would like to advertise in our Full Colour Fete Programme. We
have half page and full page advertising spaces available at very reasonable
rates.
We were again extremely lucky last year with the level of sponsorship we
received. If you would be willing to donate a prize for our ‘Auction of
Promise’ that would be great. This can be a particular item like a meal for
two in your restaurant or anything that people might be interested in
bidding on. We are always grateful to receive smaller suitable items for our
Tombola too!!!
Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, we need as many volunteers as possible
on the day to help us set up, run the stalls and tidy up afterwards. Without
this invaluable help we wouldn’t be able to hold the fete at all. We promise
to make sure you are fed and watered whilst you are on duty. So if you can
spare the time please contact us as early as possible because the more
volunteers we have the better the event can become.
